This isn’t a note to encourage you to “finish strong” or to “set those goals, now, so you can barrel into 2024.”
This is an invitation for you to do 2 things in the next 60 seconds to support your mindset and nervous system.
First, take a deep breath in.
Fill your belly with air.
Pause.
Now slowly let it out.
If that felt good, go ahead and do it again.
Next, give yourself a pat on the back for all the amazing-ness you did this week. This month. This year. You did it.
Seriously. Physically pat yourself on the back.
Maybe you thrived; maybe you feel more like you survived, but you did it. And you should be proud.
