Too many professionals think they can push off prioritizing their wellbeing and mental health.

Sure, you know it’s important…theoretically…but you’ve gone this long and have been okay, right? Well, maybe not great…not THRIVING…but you’re doing oookay. Focusing on your wellbeing is one of those things that’s easy to tell yourself you’re going to do in the future…later…maybe next quarter…but later never comes.

Give me a little “here, here!” if you’ve ever had one of these thoughts:

  • I don’t have time to prioritize my wellbeing right now.
  • As soon as this big project is done, I’ll be able to slow down at work.
  • Wanting to be happy is selfish anyway.
  • If I can just make it to my vacation, I’ll be able to relax then.
  • As soon as I get this promo, I’ll be able to take my foot off the gas.
  • I’ll take time for myself once the kids are settled back in school.
  • Okay, I’ve got the job, the partner, the house, the dog…everything I always wanted…why don’t I feel happy?

Is your hand up? How about the other?

Maybe you’ve got a few more limbs in the air, too.

And that’s totally okay.

Because feeling like you can have a successful career AND mental wellbeing AND joyful adventures, aka #livingmybestlife feels HARD.

And that’s why I’m pumped up to share my brand new workshop, “How to Be Happy Now” with you.

Here are all the juicy topics we’ll cover:

  • How to make prioritizing your mental health easier than ordering dinner on DoorDash
  • How to feel successful and worthy outside of awards, promotions, or resume highlights
  • How to go from “I’ll be happy when…” to “I’m happy now.” (Without going on vacation, quitting your job, or buying a meditation pillow).

And this isn’t surface-level stuff either. I’m handing you science-backed strategies that work for me, and hundreds of other corporate employees I’ve supported in the last few years.

So let me ask you…

Want to learn my framework for making prioritizing your mental health easy, fun, and 100% doable? Want to learn a 1-minute exercise to bring a smile to your face?

Oh, and BTW, there’s going to be a bunch of food examples and analogies, because food is my favorite. If food is your favorite too, you are my people.

At the end, I have time for Q&A, so you can get real-time answers to apply all this goodness in your busy life ASAP.
