This past weekend, I attended the Burnout Relief Wellness Retreat hosted by my friend, Kelsey—it was a gorgeous couple days filled with yoga, a sound bath, meaningful conversations, and much-needed space to breathe.
And while most of the weekend I was soaking it all in as a guest (yes to solo hotel rooms!), I also had the gift of leading the closing workshop: From Burnout to Becoming: A Vision Reset.
Over 90 minutes, we took an intentional pause to reflect on what matters now—and what’s next.
We remembered what lights us up.
We reconnected with our values and desires.
We reimagined what’s possible.
And we began to redefine success and self on our own terms.
We moved through journaling, mindset tools, and a powerful visualization where each person got to hear from their 85-year-old self—and be reminded of what really matters.
And today, I want to share the same reflection I left with them. I’d encourage you to take 15 minutes to sit with these questions and either journal your answers or chat with a trusted mentor or friend about them:
You don’t need a full plan right now, just enough space to listen. And one small, meaningful step forward.
BTW, if that’s something you want help mapping out, that’s exactly what I created Strategy Sessions for. We can chart what’s next for you together.
