Hi friend!

Last week I led a vision board workshop for my daughter’s 3rd grade class, and it was so fun to hear about the kids’ dreams! (I wore my “Meditate, Align, Manifest, Repeat” shirt, of course.)

There were lots of hopes for animals (cats, dogs, parrots, and miniature cows), and vacations from Disneyland to Hawaii, and quality time with family. Yes, the kids came up with that—they wanted time with their parents and friends.

One girl had the amazing idea of celebrating her birthday at Disneyland with all her friends where they got to ride every ride they wanted as much as they wanted, and I thought, “Girl, same!”

But I’m going to let you in on a little secret…I gave them a pretty generic workshop. Like the “just-add-eggs-oil-and-water box cake version.”

There’s nothing wrong with a boxed cake version…you’ll still walk out with a cake, er, a vision board.

But, it’s not as powerful as the “my-free-range-hens-laid-the-eggs, and I baked it from scratch version.”

THAT version includes getting into the mood, the vibe, the energetic alignment, if you will, of what you want in your life before you even choose your first picture.

See, the version I did for the kids was me providing them with images and quotes, and they chose what they wanted.
