Next month I’m leading several sessions of my Ultimate Vision Board Workshop for one of my corporate clients.
It’s a 90-minute workshop, and we spend 75% of the time NOT creating a vision board.
Wait, what?
Yep, before we even choose the first photo or open the vision board template, we visualize, journal, and dig into what success means to us at our core.
✨ What do you actually want, personally and professionally? (Not what your parents want, or what society tells you you should want, or what the latest influencer is selling)
✨ How do you want to feel every day?
After you get super clear on your why, you start choosing images that reflect your values, goals, and dreams.
Here’s the description we’re sending to the participants:
A vision board isn’t just a collection of pretty pictures; it’s a strategic tool to clarify your goals, train your brain to see opportunities, and turn your big dreams into your real life.
In this individually focused workshop, you’ll go beyond surface-level resolutions to identify what you truly want (personally and professionally), how you want to feel, and why it matters.
Before choosing your first photo, we’ll spend meaningful time in guided reflection and journaling. You’ll dig into your deeper motivations across ten key areas of life—from career and relationships to mental wellbeing and finances—so the images you use are aligned and personal.
You’ll walk away with your unique digital vision board that you can print and frame, or use as a desktop or phone background. No scissors or glue required.
Research shows that people who vividly describe or picture their goals are up to 140% more likely to achieve them. So, whether you want to boost motivation, feel more connected to your day-to-day, or create space to reconnect with your version of success—you’ll leave with a clearer vision and practical next steps to bring it to life.
Want your own science-backed vision board?

If you think your company or team would love this, forward this email (or my website) to your manager or HR learning & development contact. I’d love to bring it to your next offsite or team event. (Available virtual or in-person)

The self-paced version of this workshop is available anytime—you could have your own vision board done tonight! 🙌🏻
