Hi friend,

I just spilled the tea ☕️ on my journey with anxiety, as well as strategies I use to tame it. In an interview with Medium’s Authority Magazine, I shared some tried and true methods (mindfulness and gratitude), to the lesser known (vision boards), to tools I’ll bet you’ve never heard of (SH, anyone?).
