đź§  A 17-minute mindset reset

This week’s note is simple. Just something I wanted to share in case you’ve been feeling off—annoyed, reactive, over it.

Here’s a ~17-minute video someone close to me shared that is such a good reminder to let go of the stuff that doesn’t deserve your energy:

▶️ Nobody and Nothing Will Affect You Again

I don’t know much (anything?) about tarot, but at the wellness retreat I recently attended, we pulled a card for the day, and I randomly chose the exact same card two days in a row: â€śLet it go.”

Okay, Universe. I hear you.

It’s not about ignoring your feelings or pretending things don’t hurt. It’s about pausing long enough to decide:

  • Is this actually mine to carry?
  • Do I want to give this more of me/my time/my energy?
  • Is this even true?
  • Will this matter next year? Next week? Or even tomorrow?
  • What’s one thing I can learn from this…then move forward?

You get to decide what you allow in—and what you let go.

Your peace is too important to give away for free.
