I’ve had the honor of supporting people who work in tech, entertainment, real estate, and consulting—in companies including Google, YouTube, Apple, Netflix, ebay, Dropbox, CBRE, Align Technology, and start-ups.
Whether joining one of my team building workshops, my online program (Next Level You), or 1:1 Executive Coaching, most of my clients are leaders in the tech world or entrepreneurial space in companies including Google, YouTube, Apple, Netflix, ebay, Align Technology, and start-ups.
Vault Circles offer privacy and trust for leaders. It’s a place to admit what’s hard, explore new ideas without judgment, and have conversations you can’t have in boardrooms or casual networks. Here, vulnerability is met with respect.
Each month we’ll begin with a guided workshop. This isn’t a lecture or role-based training, but an interactive session where you might create a goal map, craft a personal branding statement rooted in your strengths and values, or build a science-backed vision board. Every workshop is designed to give you tools you can use immediately, while also nudging you to expand your belief of what’s possible.
Each group is intentionally formed to give you both common ground and fresh perspective: leaders you’ll relate to, and leaders who will challenge the way you think. The result is conversations that move past generic business card exchanges and evolve into genuine connections and a network that goes deeper than shared titles or industries.
The work you do in your Circle creates alignment between your priorities and your actions. Workshops and conversations give you clarity on what matters most, while structured practices turn that clarity into momentum. You’ll leave each session knowing exactly what step to take next, and with the confidence and authority to make it happen.
